A copy of our usual booking form is reproduced below which can be printed and used when confirming a reservation by post. Please make sure you have contacted us by phone or email first. We do not do online booking and cannot accept payment by credit card, but payments can be made by bank to bank transfer, cheque or cash.  We don’t take a security deposit, but you are responsible for any damage done to the property.

I understand that the full rent is due before taking over the Cottage and that if I cancel within six weeks of the start of the let I will still be liable for the full rental. Administrative details:

Full bed linen and towels are  provided in all cottages. All have feather pillows so please bring your own if you prefer manmade fibres. Please specify if you need a cot and give details of any pets coming with you. Our phone number is 01326 340630. Vodaphone reception is 100%, others a bit more variable. Changeover day is Friday except for The Farmhouse  which is Saturday. Check-in time is from 4pm(This can sometimes be varied out of season). There is a hard tennis court at the farm but it is rather careworn. Spar in Constantine is open until 8pm each day and supplies all essentials and there is a 24 hour Tesco in Helston

There is superfast broadband wifi available all around the farmstead – with no charge for connection
